What happens when a member pays late?

You choose the grace period. After it, the slot shows as overdue, the member gets a WhatsApp reminder automatically, and the slot sits out of the lucky draw until dues are cleared, a fair rule members understand.

Can one member buy more than one slot?

Yes, as many as you allow. Each slot has its own number, its own draw chance and its own ledger, and the member pays one combined amount each month.

What exactly happens when a slot wins?

The slot stops being billed, its remaining instalments are marked as covered by you, it leaves all future draws, and it still redeems the full gold value at maturity. The member's other slots continue normally.

Do my members have to use the app?

No. Members without the app get every receipt, reminder and draw result on WhatsApp, and can keep paying at the counter. The app is a bonus, not a requirement.

I already have a kitty running on paper. Can I move it in?

Yes, we set up your running kitty with its existing slots, payments and past winners, so you switch over mid-scheme without losing history. Run it alongside your register for a month if you like.

Is GoldKitty white-label?

Fully. Your store's name, logo and colours appear on the app, the receipts and every WhatsApp message. GoldKitty stays invisible to your members.
