Our forms are handled by our website host/form provider, which delivers your submission to us by email and stores it so we can respond. This provider processes the data on our behalf as a service provider. Your message may also be stored in our email and business tools for the purpose of replying and delivering services.
4. Cookies & analytics
The Site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Some pages load a small animation library from a content-delivery network to render motion effects; this does not identify you personally. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.
5. Data retention
We keep enquiry information only as long as necessary to respond to you and, where a project proceeds, for the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights”).

We are based in India and serve clients worldwide. If you contact us from another country, your information may be processed in India or in the countries where our service providers operate.
