Developers
Web, mobile and backend engineers who can own a feature from the data model to the deployed screen.
AI engineers
You build AI features, agents and automations that hold up in production, not only in a demo.
Designers
Product, interface and brand designers who design the flow before the screen and hand off work that can be built.
What we ask for
- Five or more years of experience in your field. We do not hire below that.
- Work you can show: a portfolio, a repository, or deals you have closed.
- The habit of finishing things.
What you get
No salary ceiling
We do not cap what a role can pay. Offers are made as a rise on your present salary.
